Copywriting. Project Management. Initiative.

After working in music retail, I utilized my practical experience and passion for music along with my copywriting and project management skills to forge a less traditional path into marketing.

In 2019 I launched and managed a company blog for The License Lab, authoring and editing a majority of the copy while developing regular features. The goal was to regularly publish original content related to our company, including industry changes, initiatives, new releases, and interviews with our makers and colleagues.

Between May 2019 and October 2024, I'm proud to say I authored 300 published pieces, including selections through Universal Production Music's blog.

In addition to all copy for The License Lab's social channels and newsletters during this period, I wrote each track description for new releases across 10 labels of music beginning in 2021.
